Kırpart aims to transform even the most complex thermostat designs into compact, high-performance solutions. Thanks to advanced validation laboratories and simulation tools used in thermostat and thermo-element production, Kırpart analyzes flow management for various fluids and provides customers with optimized product designs.

Our products are manufactured on fully automated production and assembly lines, with a strong focus on high repeatability and process reliability. Ultrasonic welding, Linear Friction Welding (LFW), and application-specific plastic welding technologies are employed for joining plastic housings and functional sub-components. These processes ensure high mechanical strength, and long service life.

With an annual production capacity exceeding 15 million thermostats and solutions covering a wide temperature range from 15 °C to 120 °C, Kırpart demonstrates its innovative approach through more than 70 patented designs. Reliable, high-quality products are developed in compliance with OEM requirements for all thermostat types, including conventional, intercooler, failsafe, and MAP-controlled thermostats.
