About Kırpart
Kırpart, one of the leading manufacturers in its sector for engine components, has been operating in the automotive supplier industry since 1998 as a reliable solution partner for the world’s leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). By combining our knowledge and experience in thermal and flow management with state-of-the-art production equipment, we design, develop, and manufacture engine cooling system components such as thermostats, water pumps, and oil pumps.
We Design for You
By combining our knowledge and experience in engine technologies with customer requirements and our design capabilities, we use project-specific products developed by us to meet customer needs at the highest level.
Knowing the installation area and performance expectations of the part to be designed is sufficient for us to develop and manufacture the most reliable product that operates in the most accurate way for our customers. Of course, we carry out this design process in our registered R&D Center by using the latest engineering software and validation equipment.
AEO (Authorized Economic Operator Certificate)
The Authorized Economic Operator Certificate, known worldwide as AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), is a foreign trade certification program that controls import and export activities, assigns responsibilities to companies, and facilitates customs procedures. A company holding this certificate operates its import and export processes within the scope of supply chain security and has a system in which potential risks are controlled and regularly monitored.
Thanks to the Authorized Economic Operator Certificate (AEO), which we were entitled to receive in 2018 as the 258th company in Türkiye and the 19th company in the Marmara Region, we fulfill regulatory requirements and enable the completion of customs clearance procedures for import and export activities in the shortest possible time, while also enhancing our company’s image and prestige.
As Kırpart works entirely with OEMs and generates 75% of its turnover from export sales, the company has been among the first automotive supplier companies in Türkiye to apply for and obtain the AEO certificate, in order to ensure that these operations are carried out on time, reliably, and smoothly.
Turquality
We were accepted into the Turquality Support Program in May 2016, the world’s first state-supported branding program implemented by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, with the aim of enhancing branding and international competitiveness.
Within the scope of this program, we take pride in being the first Turkish company in the field of engine components to be accepted into Turquality. At the same time, we are among the pioneering and limited number of companies participating in this program within the automotive supplier industry.
By combining our R&D and design capabilities with our own brand, we stand out as a model company supporting the Turquality vision. We strengthen this vision through our solution-oriented approach, extensive global customer portfolio, and continuous investments in technology.
As of February 2025, our second 5-year Development Roadmap has been approved by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye. With this approval, we will continue to benefit from the Turquality Support Program until February 2030.
R&D Center
Established in 2017, the Kırpart R&D Center is Türkiye’s first R&D center producing engine thermostats. The center employs more than 50 staff members, including managers, engineers, and technical personnel, and houses laboratories, testing facilities, and design areas.
Working in collaboration with various institutions, the R&D Center carries out projects in different fields and develops innovative products and designs.
