Our company provides advanced engineering solutions in die and part design, contributing to the most efficient planning of production processes. With modern software and an experienced team, we aim for high-quality standards during design and analysis stages.
During the design phase, we utilize advanced CAD/CAM software to develop functional and manufacturable solutions. To enhance product performance, we conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) studies, minimizing potential risks in the production process. Additionally, we optimize material flow through runner and gating system design improving both quality and efficiency.
For pre-production validation, we analyze HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) processes using are analyzed using Magmasoft simulation software. This allows us to evaluate critical parameters such as temperature distribution, solidification behavior, and filling optimization, identifying potential defects in advance and optimizing the process.
Within our facility, systematic die maintenance and backup procedures are implemented. To extend life and ensure production continuity, we regularly monitor wear and performance. When necessary, insert and core manufacturing is carried out in-house. All these processes are tracked through an integrated ERP-based die management system, enabling real-time monitoring of shot guarantees, die life, maintenance schedules, and technical data, thereby supporting operational efficiency and quality assurance.
