VALIDATION

Validation Processes

Kirpart’s product development process is meticulously managed at every stage—from design to production. By utilizing advanced engineering analyses (FEA and CFD), we enhance the durability and efficiency of mechanical and electronic components. Rapid prototyping is performed through 3D printing technologies, after which we proceed to the product validation phase. Our comprehensive testing infrastructure ensures that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.

Mechanical Tests:

We conduct more than 25 different types of mechanical tests to evaluate the structural durability of our products and their resistance to harsh environmental conditions. These tests include high-temperature exposure, thermal shock cycles, salt spray corrosion, and vibration testing, among others.

Electronic Tests:

To ensure the durability of electronic components, we perform more than 30 different electronic tests. In addition to fundamental safety verifications such as operating voltage, short-circuit protection, and insulation resistance, we also conduct EMC tests in accordance with critical standards such as EC R 10, ensuring that electronic systems are protected against external influences.

Durability Tests:

To ensure long-term durability and reliability, a comprehensive set of endurance tests is conducted in accordance with OEM requirements. These tests include thermal cycling, endurance (lifetime) testing, pressure pulsation, and coolant circuit pressure testing, ensuring that our products consistently meet performance requirements throughout their service life.

External Test Services:

Kirpart offers test services not only for its own products but also for other companies in the automotive industry. Through our mechanical, electronic, and durability testing capabilities, external customers can obtain reliable results to support their product development processes.
