Precision Machining
High-Precision Machining and Advanced Automation Technologies
Our machining facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure featuring high precision, sustainable quality standards, and advanced automation technologies, enabling fully automated end-to-end, manufacturing capabilities. Production lines are designed as dedicated, fully integrated systems, customized according to product type, part geometry, and production volume. This structure minimizes labor dependency while maximizing process reliability and consistent quality performance.
Machine Park and Automation Infrastructure
Within the facility, high-efficiency production is carried out using a wide range of CNC machines suitable for various product types. The machine park includes:
- 4-axis CNC machining centers
- 5-axis twin-spindle CNC machining centers
- 2-axis and 3-axis CNC turning machines
These machines operate in fully automated cell configurations supported by robotic loading and unloading systems, PLC controlled process lines, and integrated in-line quality inspection stations. Throughout the production process, visual inspection cameras, 2D and 3D optical measurement systems, poka-yoke applications, and servo-controlled fixture solutions are actively utilized. As a result, the entire process from raw material input to machined and washed finished products are carried out without manual intervention and with full traceability.
Supporting Equipment and Quality Systems
Machining processes are supported by degreasing and washing systems, drying and cooling units, as well as product-specific testing, assembly and marking machines. PLC controlled monitoring of temperature, pressure, conductivity and water analysis parameters ensures process stability and consistency. Through advanced vision inspection technologies, surface conditions, profile measurements and assembly components are monitored in real time, ensuring defect-free production.
Quality Control and Tool Management
All manufactured parts undergo in-line operator inspections, followed by comprehensive quality evaluations in dedicated laboratories equipped with CMM measuring machines, surface roughness analyzers, profile scanning systems and 3D scanning devices. In the tool shop, tool presetting and tool assembly systems are used in combination with custom-designed carbide and PCD cutting tools to achieve high precision and short cycle times. This integrated approach enables sustained machining performance with high accuracy, low variation and a zero defect oriented production culture.
