Electric Water Pump
In line with customer requirements, Kırpart offers electric cooling pumps supporting power levels of up to 1 kW in 12V, 24V, 48V, and high-voltage (HV) configurations, depending on application needs. Thanks to a brushless motor structure supported by optimized hydraulic design, precise electronic control, and a durable bearing system, our pumps provide highly efficient cooling flow with low mechanical losses and deliver long-lasting, maintenance-free, and reliable operation. The integrated liquid-cooled electronic structure enhances thermal durability, enables sustained full-power operation, and supports overall system efficiency by contributing to reduced fuel consumption and lower CO₂ emissions.
Electrical Actuator
Kırpart develops electric thermostat actuators operating in the 12–24 V range for applications requiring high precision in engine and system thermal management. Thanks to the actuator-controlled valve structure, the thermostat can be positioned with a resolution of 0.1 mm without causing additional temperature increase in the system, and it precisely adjusts flow distribution between transition positions in accordance with commands from the ECU. Supported by an optimized mechanical motion design, precise control algorithms, and a robust actuator mechanism, this structure provides fast response time, low friction, stable temperature regulation, and long-lasting, maintenance-free operation.
Electric Fan Motor
Kırpart offers high-performance radiator fan motors with power capacities of up to 1 kW in 12V, 24V, 48V, and high-voltage (HV) options. Optimized fan design and efficient brushless motor technology provide higher airflow and lower energy consumption. Thanks to a durable bearing system and cooled electronic structure, our products deliver long service life, high reliability, and uninterrupted cooling performance even under demanding conditions.
