Assembly

Integrated Assembly Systems and Smart Manufacturing Technologies

In our assembly facilities, the assembly of mechanical and electronic components suitable for various engine and vehicle types, functional testing and customer specific packaging processes are carried out in an integrated manner. Our manufacturing capability covers the entire process from raw material input to the delivery of final, value added products.

Within the assembly areas, production is performed across a broad spectrum, ranging from semi-automated assembly lines to fully unmanned smart manufacturing systems. Products of varying sizes and specifications from passenger automotive engine components to heavy duty vehicle and industrial engine parts are manufactured in accordance with high precision and stringent quality standards. Each assembly line is configured with an optimized process flow tailored to the specific product type, supported by various control systems and integrated testing stations.

Technological Infrastructure and Automation Applications

Assembly lines are equipped with unmanned automatic feeding systems, industrial robot integrations, electrically torque-controlled fastening tools, servo press units for sheet metal forming, various plastic welding technologies and laser marking systems. Industrial camera assisted inspection systems and product specific test cells ensure full traceability at every stage of the process. This infrastructure reduces operator dependency, enhances process repeatability, and supports the zero-defect manufacturing objective.

Continuous Improvement and Quality Focus

Assembly lines are structured with a strong focus on efficiency, traceability and sustained quality performance. Digital data collection, performance monitoring and feedback mechanisms are actively implemented across all systems. This enables real-time control of process parameters and ensures consistent quality stability.

Assembly processes driven by a continuous improvement mindset are systematically enhanced in line with productivity and zero-defect targets. Through engineering expertise and an innovative manufacturing approach, customer specific systems are developed to reliably meet the high quality standards of the automotive industry.
