Wax Elements

Wax elements manufactured in Kırpart's own facilities in line with its know-how are thermal actuators designed to provide precise expansion movement within the required temperature ranges.

The cups, formed from stainless steel and brass materials using a deep drawing process, are assembled through high-precision manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure consistent performance and reliability.

In accordance with customer requirements, these actuators can be produced with opening temperatures ranging from 0°C to 120°C and can be optimized to operate with fluids of different viscosities. Designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, Kırpart wax elements provide reliable temperature control for both automotive and industrial applications.
