Kırpart Quality Management System aims to construct the systematic structure from the stage of incoming goods quality to final usage of customer, organize the shareholders’ relations, ensure the perfect function of value chain, standardize the operation of product’s visual, dimensional and functional controls with lean production and poke-yoke implementations. Laboratories of Kırpart are capable of 3D coordinate measuring and 3D optical scanning and also have Ct Tomography & X-Ray devices, product-specific and developed measuring equipment and gauges in order to meet the high quality expectation and provide the customer satisfaction after sales.

Environment and energy susceptibility is our initial priority. Therefore, ISO 14001 certificate was qualified in 2003 and all requirements are being provided.

Quality Management System is carried out within the scope of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 and development of processes are ensured.

Information security of all shareholders are also ensured within the scope of ISO 27001 system.

We also have Ford Q1, CAT SQEP Gold Supplier, PSA QSB + and Renault laboratory certificates.
