We in Kırpart; are operating 3 main production technologies. Aluminium high pressure die casting, machining, and assembly. Having all three operations under one roof, enable us to take the full responsibility of the product even for the most complex system parts.

Aluminium high pressure die casting parts such as oil sumps, engine mounts, engine covers requires high level production. We achieve the expectations of car manufacturers on production and quality performance with selected machinery suppliers that has state of art technology. Those suppliers are specifically choosing for product, process, and project.

Another important requirement of Kırpart’s project’s is tight tolerances and precision parts. We achieve these expectations with years of knowledge of our team together with latest technology of equipment.

Thermostat, water pump and other assembly operations; We design the production chain for each product designed for vehicle and engine manufacturers. Defining the production conditions and control standards required by the product and applying it through the production process enables us to achieve zero defect products for the lifetime of the project.

Production cycles, controls and capacity requirements are taken into account for each product on separate production lines. Quality checks are carried out to obtain high performance at every stage.
