Office workers recruitment process

Candidates whose CVs meet the qualifications sought for the relevant vacant position are first invited to Skype / Face-to-face interview for the Human Resources interview, taking into account the city in which they live. Candidates with positive human resources interviews are invited to interview with relevant department managers. Bus route fees are paid to our candidates coming from out of town. Candidates who have successfully completed these stages are subjected to a foreign language exam according to the personality inventory and the necessity of the position.

Recruitment process in the field

Applicants whose CVs meet the qualifications required for the vacant position concerned are invited to the interview and are first subjected to the talent test. Department heads organize technical interviews with candidates who have successfully completed these stages.

  • Social clubs (our employees organize activities corresponding to their common hobbies.)
  • Performance (office workers: the UuP performance system is used as a building block in employee career stages by objectively measuring the performance of office workers. Employees in the field: process, OSH rules, activities Lean-5S are subject to the rating system in which the general rules of the workplace are measured.)
